Jenny Gleeson Coaching and Consulting is a business offering Project Management, Business Consulting and Jenny is a Level 2 Consultant of a modern personality profiling tool, Personality Dimensions® - which helps employers, families and schools identify the best ways to work with people to bring out their efficiency, skills and learning styles. ​

Jenny has worked with businesses all over Australia and internationally, being a Keynote speaker at major events, and offering engaging, people-focused workshops.

Jenny was initially brought to me as a client when I was working at my old Marketing Agency, and we clicked straight away! Her Business Plan was solid, but we needed to consolidate her tone, target market, and systems.

What's followed has been an incredible 3+ years working alongside each other to produce video and social media content, a structured website, all graphic design and a strong partnership.

Jenny's work with Personality Dimensions® has been inspirational, and together with Moshi Moshi Marketing, we've created a funnel for her to reach the right people, speak the right messages to the right demographics, receive enquiries and automate as much as possible for her so she can focus on delivering her workshops (and less on the admin!).

BRINGING EVERYTHING TOGETHER INTO AN ACTIONABLE FUNNEL
As a business owner, it's important that you can automate as many processes as possible so you're not spending time on admin tasks. Yellow created specific landing pages for her 4 key demographics, with Meta ads leading to each specific page. Once someone sends an enquiry on that page, they receive an email tailored to them, inviting them to book a free discovery call.

Jenny's calendar was linked to her new site, so enquirers could select from her available times, and thanks to Wix and Google, all she had to do was either accept or decline their meeting request.

Cementing Jenny's voice is what gives her the competitive edge over her competition - she's not a 'stuffy suit' kind of person, and her personality really shines in all of her marketing materials.
